As the Head of Product at Retriever, I lead the product team in delivering great SaaS products for all of our customers, with a focus on great usability and cutting-edge AI-powered features to give our users great value. I challenge old assumptions and implement new product management processes, always ensuring a data-driven approach and data accuracy. I also have a proven track record of building new products from scratch, such as the Social Listening product, which successfully delivered a high-quality digital customer experience.
