The best part about my job is when I feel the value my work creates for our customers. Making their work more efficient and helping them develop their communication strategies makes me happy.

As an analyst I get to dig deep into the causes and consequences of a phenomenon. I enjoy solving challenges for the client and developing our relationship as I see that I have won the client's trust.
